Shipments and returns

Unless otherwise noted or agreed upon, all purchases are final. For most of our equipment, we will do our best to indicate whether the price includes loading by desiginating the initial FOB (Freight on Board) on the description , however, we urge you to verify this before making a purchase.

At JPMEquipment.com, we try our best to always include the cost of loading equipment onto a truck, if we own the equipment. Occasionally, we do list equipment from our partners and other customers from time to time, and they may charge a fee to load an item onto a truck or trailer.

All sales are final. We encourage you to inspect all items if available before purchase, in person. If this is unpossible, we will do everything in our power to provide accurate photos and descriptions to you. In some cases, especially to protect our customers, and the confidentiality of our suppliers, a visual inspection is not possible. If this is the case, please do not hesitate for additional photos, or any other additional description.

Some items we list are extremly large and heavy. Please take shipping costs into consideration before purchasing. Shipping prices vary. We can provide a shipping quote upon request, however, you are more than welcome to provide your own shipping. If you need assistance finding shippers and trucking carriers, please let us know.
